SEF.Founder Conference @SEF.22

The SEF.Founder Conference at the Swiss Economic Forum was the highlight of the year for start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. The event was packed with top-class speakers and specific formats tailored to the needs of our SEF.Founder community.

2 June 2022 12.00 pm

Congress Centre Kursaal Interlaken

Statements such as “Transparency over authority: Don’t hide the truth no matter how ugly it is” by MuleSoft Founder Ross Mason or tips on setting up a company by Olga Feldmeier were among the highlights of the conference. In the Investor Panel, Alan Frei, Nicole Herzog, Mike Hobmeier and Jürg Schwarzenbach emphasised that it is not only the intelligence of the founders that is relevant for investors, but much more their perseverance. Lars Mangelsdorf, Co-Founder of Yokoy, told the participants that celebrating success within the company supports the motivation of the employees and thus takes the company a decisive step further. The crowning finale was the speech by Vivek Ramaswamy, entrepreneur and best-selling author, who had already encouraged companies on the main stage of the Swiss Economic Forum, to tell people less about what they should think but to offer their customers the best possible service.
The SEF.Founder Conference was moderated by Mascha Santschi and the Investor Panel by Silvan Krähenbühl.
