Victoria is a serial entrepreneur who has founded four companies, including Wildfire, which was acquired by Google in 2012 for $450 million. Her latest venture, Prisma, is reimagining K-12 education through a flexible, personalised "flexschooling" model. With over 100% year-over-year enrolment growth, 500+ students, and an NPS of 91, Prisma students are thriving, growing at 150% above the national average in math and reading.

Victoria holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and one of Fortune's 40 Under 40. She has been featured in the New York Times, Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal and is a Carnegie Endowment for International Peace trustee. An avid adventurer who's snowboarded, surfed and lived with remote tribes, she brings her fearless spirit to business and life.
